Best budget tight fitting card sleeve
For standard card size, this Mayday sleeve is the best tight-fitting budget card sleeves.

Best tight fitting sleeves
Best tight-fitting standard card size sleeve. The price has gone up due to inflation, but it is still a great investment. The sleeves are pretty durable. I have not had to replace any yet.

Great for large card quantities that you care about
My go-to sleeves for when I want to nicely protect large quantities of cards while not breaking the bank. Some of the best penny sleeves I've used both in quality and size.

affordable quality
can sleeve many cards for not too much money. I sleeved 500 cards and there were no deformities and I ripped none during sleeving

My Go-to Brand for Sleeves
I sleeve all my games as part of the investment of buying them, and for for sleeving volume outside of competitive play, these are pretty good quality and a great value. You'll get the odd cut pack here and there, but overall a solid product.

A solid choice for sleeving deckbuilders on a budget
Mayday's Almost-A-Penny sleeves are an excellent choice for games that require a ton of sleeves - like Thunderstone/Dominion. Sleeve thickness is very thin, which actually works as an advantage with card heavy games - since they will not take up as much space as thicker/premium sleeves. If you use these for games that require a lot of shuffling, you will likely wear them out quicker than a higher grade product. The sleeves fit very snug, which actually may help the longevity of the sleeves on the cards - that also means that they will not prevent taco-ing of the cards. Sleeve clarity (like all standard/value Mayday sleeves) is decent, but not quite as clear as other brands like FFG - although this is not that big of a deal (unless you absolutely LOVE card art with no imperfections). Mayday does provide some color coding (and some compatible games on their website) that matches other brands and game publishers, but it would be a good idea to check what size you need before ordering. These sleeves in particular are meant to fit snug, so sizing can be an issue with games like Thunderstone Advanced (where the sizing inconsistency, see below, may result in some sleeves that do not fit). Quality consistency is the biggest concern with these sleeves - which goes somewhat with the value pricing. The biggest concern is how snug they fit AND being unclear with the true size of the product. However, Mayday Games has incredible customer service and is very quick to remedy these issues.
