The Ravager Has Returned...
HEXplore It is a hero building adventure board game system. Journey into an entrancing land full of danger and intrigue. Collect Ravager Crystals and interact with a rich and diverse world, directing your actions toward one of four end scenarios.
Make your way across the desert to perform Missions, work with Caravan Masters, or ply your trade by gambling or even enter the gladiatorial arenas. Battle through a variety of encounters while traveling, or move carefully and see what other discoveries you might find.
To save the City-States, you must build your heroes and gain power as quickly as you can. Kismet is what it will always be, but your heroes have the power to change the world. Can you save Shurax from the titanic Ravager?

Most robust Hexplore it.
Shurax adds a lot. It was overwhelming at first. It took a few dedicated sit downs to fully understand how each new system works in SoS. That said, the instructions can still be lackluster at times, a staple of all hexplore It games unfortunately. That said, this game is absolutely fun. MY wife prefers this over Valley and Forest. It is definitely very challenging, as each hexplore It is. It's still a Lotta fun. Again, warning: Miniature market can send dented/dinged products. My box was dinged on a corner, and internal materials were dented as well.

RPG in a box
This game is MASSIVE and it will take you some time before you figure out the intricacies of play. If this is your first HexploreIt game, I would recommend starting with Valley or Forests before Sands since that would allow you get familiar with the basic mechanics. There is so much game in this box, and it's absolutely fantastic!

Love it
I love the game. I heard you should not start the Hexplore It system with this one, but it was the only one I could get at a reasonable cost, thanks to Minature Markert. I just backed the whole system in the current crowdfunding venture.
