Undaunted: Normandy

Have been playing this with the reinforcements expansion so that I can play it solo! It's been great so far and I've really enjoyed it. Definitely worth looking into if you're looking for a fun WWII based game to play!

I was a little intimidated when I bought this, knowing it is a wargame. What the gameplay reminds me of is XCOM the video games (not XCOM the board game). It is a very smooth playing game with surprisingly simple rules but lots of tactical depth. I'm looking forward to finishing the campaign and getting the next game in the series.

I'm a huge fan of Memoir '44 and this game gives me a very similar vibe with a cool twist. The deck-building element of this game is what makes it awesome and different enough to warrant owning both. It's also very easy to learn and teach to others. So if you enjoy a WW2 theme, fast play, easy to learn and deck-building this game might be for you.

fun easy war game for 2p. Haven't played the later scenarios yet but excited to see what twists the designers throw in. Not an incredibly deep game, but fun nonetheless.

Bought this without much research and boy did I luck out. It's got a really fresh way of doing deck building. Excellent tactics too.

I highly recommend this as the entry point into the series. It is less complex than North Africa (and I can guarantee it will be less complex than the upcoming Stalingrad), but it is a tight and fun game that will make you want more. With this, NA, and Reinforcements you also have a fantastic solo, 1v1, or 2v2 game system.

To be honest, I have not played this game yet but have seen lots of videos on it and it looks like a really fun game to play, I also just got the new Undaunted: Reinforcements expansion so I can soon play solo. I wanted to say, I shop at Miniature Market a lot and am very please with everything I buy from them. Shipping is fast and reasonable and packed very well. I will continue to look for great bargains there.

Fun deck builder with spacial component. Purchased based on reviews and really enjoyed. As a solo gamer, reinforcements is a must buy. The Solo AI is great. Game is light enough for my 10 year old and engaging enough for veteran gamers

This game has a really cool mix of deckbuilding with area control mechanics. It is a lot of fun to play and I believe replayability will not be am issue with it either.

It is fun solo and with multiple people. It gives you the feel of playing out battles but does not wear out it’s welcome with game length. There are many scenarios and they can be played in 30-45 minutes.
