Didn't realize it was already painted.
I received the Scalecaster with my order packed in a small zip lock-type bag filled with packing peanuts. It was amazing how well packaged it was! Truly impressive the amount of care out into transportation!

In Living Color
Having spent more than half my life - 15 years! - Playing tabletop roleplaying games, I never once thought to myself, Man, I need a blue kobold. Thankfully, I have my players to challenge my expectations and understanding of the game and ask questions like, Well why can't they be blue? And when I didn't have a good answer, I'm glad Pathfinder did for me. It's a 2e-style kobold, which looks very different even from your usual understanding of a kobold from other fantasy media, but the lack of detail works in its favor here as what should be a stubby squat body with a round, snout-like head just looks like every other kobold in the crowd, but with that right shade of blue to satisfy that one-in-a-million blue kobold player you'll meet.
