High Priest or Evil Cultist?
Human sized, though taller than average, with elven ears. Definitely has the look of someone very high up in a clerical order (granted, an order that bears swords). As an RPG figure, the robes seem a little too ornate for a PC, and better suit an NPC. His namesake seems to have been steeped in an evil cult, but in person his face doesn't look menacing like in the picture above. The paint job is nice on his clothes, but surprisingly less detailed on his body.
