Legends of Golarion #35 Toad Demon (U)

Looks fine honestly, I just assumed he'd have more distinct details but still looks fine.

Hands down one of the heaviest large minis I've come across, and with an overall size putting most other large minis to shame. The overshadowing hunched brutish posture and shark like stare makes this demon look like its staring at its next meal. Only downside is the tectonic plate shifting size gaps in the shoulders from the separate parts and the not so great paint job around the legs. Overall a very cool piece and probably give it a 4.5/5.

There is something endearing in this crazy Hezrou. Its arms are clearly oversized, and the hump in the back is quite funny, too. The expression is full of evil glee, with the emphasis much more on "glee" than "evil". You can almost hear the "RAAH RAAH RAAH" sounds. The pose supports this, too - not an action pose at all, just a "RAAH RAAH RAAH" pose. He's very happy to be free to cause havoc, obviously! I don't usually like cartoonish minis, but I've got a soft spot for this guy, he's so funny - plus, we haven't gotten a PERFECT Hezrou yet (I'm waiting for an Icons of the Realms version!).
