Compelling and unique character. Their lore as an interdimensional item salesman makes for a great hook. Good price make it worth a likely limited usage imo

A short giant?
I have ZERO idea what I'm going to do with this fine sir, but he's so...weird...I'm sure I'll figure out something eventually. Also, he's super cheap. So just buy one already.
