I think it's meant to be like the Lovecraftian ghouls in Pickman's Model.
Simple paint job, though I prefer my ghouls grey or purplish to green. Bought him to use as a young troll, he'll do. Inexpensive undead like this are useful. Not the most convincing zombies, but versatile in their nondescript appearance. Slight hint of a muzzled face. Reminds me of the Kobolds from Champions: Return to Arms.
