Perfect for Undead PCs.
In Pathfinder, skeletal champions are sentient skeletons. They're meant to serve as more elite minions, such as a Blackguard's undead cohort, or advanced skeletons serving a Lich... However, between the gorgeous detail, the impressive sturdiness and the best sword I've seen on a Mini to date, I'll only be buying one of these guys. With his single eye painted as glowing, his jewel-studded sword (thick enough to be difficult to bend, but narrow enough to be sharp-looking), this guy is boss monster material. I am envisioning an eldritch knight Lich. At $3.50, this guy is more affordable than many other skele-bobs, which is weird because he is easily one of the best there is.

that is a big hat....
This is really a great mini, very versatile with use as a skeleton, skeletal undead leader type, or even a mummy (the hat really makes him look like he got seriously dressed up for the day's activities). The mini is very detailed and has a wary pose that makes it look as though it is considering its options. It is very sturdy and not a bad price for the versatility it has.
