Heavy metal zombie!

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Now here's a zombie mini that will be identified as a zombie even from across the room! A total heavy metal zombie, looking as if it has stepped out from the cover of Slayer's "Live Undead"! I really think it hits the perfect balance between gruesome, realistic and ridiculous! Great zombie pose, a wonderful innovation of all the broken spears in the carcass, a believable set of armor that makes this a D&D zombie first and foremost, and most importantly, the face! It's one of the most successful faces I've seen on any humanoid miniature. It's painted well, but more importantly, it's sculpted so extremely well that I'm at a loss for words. That face is one of the things I was talking about in the beginning: you can look at that face from across the room and see all the details clearly. For all the love I feel for this mini, I'll have to admit that it might not the be the perfect zombie for all occasions. If you really care about details, you might not want this "heavy metal zombie" for all your zombie needs. Perhaps another zombie would be more fitting for a pure horror-themed adventure. But for a night of fun, pure, beer-and-pretzels D&D zombie-slashing mayhem, this one is priceless.
