“Snakes… Why did it have to be snakes?†This expansion, along with the bees and the spiders, add more chaos to an already chaotic game. Individually none of these three expansions get used extensively, but then one of them will destroy your plans when you least expect it. (Pro tip: Always expect it.) The snakes are only located on the left-side of the island, so they can be easy enough to avoid. However, unlike the bees who get poured into Vul-Kar, the snakes are ready to spill down the paths at every opportunity even if they’re simply breathed upon. Downside: You will spend a lot of time resetting the snakes back into their spots (which can be difficult to find) after almost every turn.

Great if You Want to Add a 5th Player!
I purchased FBI:TLA expansion so I could maximize the number of possible players to 5 instead of just 4. It also adds snakes and a boulder to add more chaos to the game. The snakes are fun to launch but can be tedious to keep returning them to their spots every time. The snakes also only occupy one side of the island which makes you want to try avoiding the area but the consequence of being bit by the snakes isn't all too bad. The boulder is fun to use to try and steal a couple of treasures from other players! Overall I would rank it as the second best expansion to FBI:CoV.
