Great Filler!
Subastral is a one of many new small box games I'm loving. Plenty easy to hit the table and a ton of joy from it.

Great Cafe Game
This is right up there with Arboretum. Maybe not as mean, but the setup is a bit quicker, and we have played almost 10x in the past few weeks. Loving it!

Subastral is Stellar as well
I really enjoy Stellar, but it can only be shared by two people. Then came Subastral from the same designers and now we have the multiplayer game that hits all the right notes. Tough decisions when playing your cards and how to set up your scoring. Just when you think you have it figured out, something changes just slightly and you will need to adjust. But not so much that your game is lost. You must pay attention to what others are doing because it is truly in how you play the cards that can cost you a victory. Great game!
The game is really fun and beautifully drawn. It has simple rules, but depths to strategize. My family has really enjoyed it!
