The Gunslinger is driven by the ruin brought to her family. She now spends her life pursuing all the vile and corrupt within the world. each time she deftly reloads her twin pistols, she takes one step closer to vengeance.
The Samurai will stop at nothing to drive all who are not worthy from his sight. Drive by an endless pursuit of honor, he marks with shame those who are small, petty, and insignificant. In the end, the shameful must be put to the sword, even if this means his own life.
Stand-alone & cross-compatible: this is a complete game! The heroes in this box are compatible with all other Dice Throne heroes. Additional heroes are required to play with more than 2 players.

One of the best games!
This finally completes my whole collection of Dice Throne! It’s my favorite game to play right now.

Fun ‘n’ Easy
Easy to learn. Fun to play! Love all the physical elements it contains. Only drawback is just two characters per box

Great two player variety game
Solid two player game with lots of character variety and simple to teach. They trays make set up such a breeze and the card/dice interaction makes for lots of interesting strategy

A fun matchup of easy characters!
Like the Monk, the Gunslinger is able to completely avoid incoming damage if she gets a lucky roll on Evasion. She's a tricky opponent to play against. This hero has the wild-west theme. She has cool art and moves that match her theme. The Samurai is more defense-focused. While his theme doesn't appeal to me as much, he'd be a good character for new players to start with because he's easy to understand. If you like the Japan/samurai theme, this hero's style and art should appeal to you. Both characters are easy to learn and play. Gunslinger has won many of her matches so far (against various Dice Throne heroes), and Samurai has never won against anyone yet, so I suspect that it's easier to win with Gunslinger.

Dice throne did it again. Wonderful art and unique characters. I highly recommend this for 2 players. Games are fast and not two characters are alike.

Great place to start to get into an amazing game
If you’re interested in starting Dice Throne, this pack is a great place to start. The characters are really cool and are simple enough to understand, while dice throne as a whole can be easily taught. Showed this game to a few of my friends and it has become a regular staple in my group. If you don’t want to drop a ton of money on the entire catalogue, each person could buy a pack to split the cost and expand the roster of available characters.

Great game!
Yahtzee fighting with interesting characters. Easily one of our new favorites. Definitely the best beginner characters.
