The Bones material is a polymer plastic. It is light-weight and slightly flexible, and is very durable. You can paint a Bones figure straight out of the package, and that paint job will also be pretty durable. Bones figures are as detailed as metal figures, for a much lower cost. Bones miniatures are produced with integral (built-in) bases, but it is easy to cut the miniature off of the base if you prefer to put it on something else. It is also easy to cut the figures apart to convert them into different poses or change weapons.

Bones minis are better than I had previously thought
My initial opinion of bones which I’ve held for a while is they’re just slightly too cartoonish compared to wizkids pre primed minis, but I was pleasantly surprised, the presence of a lot of texture on the mini made painting fit easier than on any Nolzur’s mini.

Good overall quality for the price. Perfect for build medium sized-packs of wolves

Hey howling good time
Was excited to see that these were in stock. My only gripe about it is this the price of other wolves, and these are just a bit much, especially for a very common enemy for table top combat other than that they will definitely work perfectly.

These are just what I was looking for to complement my Elven Ranger.

Thin tiny bases
They look good enough. If you do buy these, make sure you have some spare small bases. Their built in base is not flat and is more like a very thin platform shoe. Any air flow at all would know them over without an extra base.(sorcerer for scale)
