The Best There Is
I've always heard that Reaper painting kits are the best to learn the ropes of miniature painting, they're TRUE. You get what you need to do the work and the instructions and tips are easy to apply to any miniatures you're painting. Highly suggested when you're beginning

Great intro to painting
I had a great time learning some basic skills with this kit without having to guess what supplies I should purchase. I’m sure I still have a lot to learn, but the results were good enough to keep me motivated and I’m eager to learn more.

Great for new painters

Great set
Really nice set to start your paint collection, I would recommend getting a red (I went with carnage red) so you at least have all the primary colors. Also, be prepared to pick up some new brushes down the road, the ones included are fine but might start fraying in a few weeks of use unless you are super gentle
