The Bones material is a polymer plastic. It is light-weight and slightly flexible, and is very durable. You can paint a Bones figure straight out of the package, and that paint job will also be pretty durable. Bones figures are as detailed as metal figures, for a much lower cost. Bones miniatures are produced with integral (built-in) bases, but it is easy to cut the miniature off of the base if you prefer to put it on something else. It is also easy to cut the figures apart to convert them into different poses or change weapons.

Cheap plastic too small
It’s a smallish mini and feels like cheap plastic

Great Value
Big fan of this mini. The details are big it's easy to paint, and it was relatively inexpensive. There might be more dynamic poses and crisper details on the market, but I will continue to return to the Bones line of miniatures for the price and easy paintability on impactful sculpts.

Great mini. One issue is the rubberize base mad t difficult to use short term adhesives to provide a temporary base for painting.

Large, nicely detailed, and under $4
Hard to argue with $4 for such a nice mini. He's big, nicely sculpted, and made of the semi-soft and durable plastic Reaper is known for.

. I recommend priming all reaper and bones brand models, using actual miniature paint, otherwise some can become sticky if using crylon paint.

Nice and viscous looking.
This is a well but together miniature! lot's of little details. material used for the figure is more flexible compared to other miniature brands. When painted I would be carefull with the axe and cleaver as they are very flexible.

What's your sign? Taurus of course...
This is a really imposing miniature. Wielding a battle axe and a cleaver and posed as if charging into the fray. Lots of nice detail on him and his gear. Looks awesome when painted up.
