An exciting addition to Not Alone
I like the fact that the Not Alone Sanctuary expansion adds a whole new dimension to the gameplay and a way to win. The fact that the alien can make use of abilities from mutations and that the hunted can save and call upon survivor and sanctuary abilities makes the theme of battling against the alien on its home turf a whole lot more meaningful. Definitely a great thing to get to spice up many more game sessions.

Solid Expansion.
Not Alone: Sanctuary is a solid expansion to the base game. Highly recommended.
