In the city of Echo Ridge, film producer Donny Muretti, the Mayor's son, was murdered in his penthouse last night. The Mayor wants this case closed before the press sink their teeth into it. You have 48 hours till the lid on this thing blows clean off. . . and then it's all-out gang war.
In Tiny Epic Crimes, players are officers of the law, working to crack a murder case and thwart the mobster activity in the city. The game is won if the murderer is correctly identified when time runs out.

No mystery
Havent' played it. Only bought it after MM finally dropped the price. All the stuff inside, does NOT fit back in (you can tell the shrinkwrap keeps things tight with a lid not all the way down). Components seem superb, with the exception of the 'envelopes'. COME ON GAMELYN!!! The cards do NOT fit inside the evidence envelopes, unless you (gently) shoved them in. Taking them out is also a feats of strenght. Gamelyn dropped the ball on this one. The wooden components are just fantastic. Oh the 'dedicated decoder: JUNK!! mine came all scratched up. Finally I'll say that you do NOT need the stupid envelopes or decoder, I can easily tell the 'blended/faded red' cards and what's behind the mystery with my bare eyes. I'm just hoping game play will be fun. Not the best Tiny Epic. Easy pass.
