Legendary: Marvel Deck Building Game - Black Widow Expansion

I was very excited to get and play this expansion. I was most particularly interested in the undercover / unleash mechanic. Red Guardian has his own mechanics that will unleash him after he goes undercover. He gets sent undercover when recruited and gets unleashed when certain game play mechanics happen. Yolena Belova however has card mechanics that send her undercover and then she has some cards that unleash those cards which is really cool. However, nobody else has that unleash mechanic. One of the schemes sends agents undercover and unless you have Yolena's cards, you can't get them back out (except for Red Guardian). My only beef with this set is that some of the other heroes need the unleash mechanic on their cards as well to balance it out better. Black Widow and Falcon/Winter Soldier work well together with dodge, draw cards and dark memories. White Tiger works will with the group too. Overall I really like this expansion. Definitely worth getting.

Awesome cards in the playing characters with great combos to combine and also good Masterminds, but nothing impressive.

Another great expansion to a fun game. My family loves playing this game. The art work is amazing and the gameplay is excellent. Black widows expansion is a fantastic addition to the marvel Legendary game!

Another great addon. Great heroes and new keywords are fun. Only missing the henchmen.

Black Widow adds the new ability, Dodge. This ability stacks very well with the Black Widow cards within this expansion to give you some pretty powerful teams. Would highly recommend this one just for the card abilities alone even if you are not a Black Widow fan.
