Ultra Pro Satin Cube: Apple Red

They are hard to open but that maybe be a positive for you. They will absolutely keep your cards safe, but they definitely take some effort to crack open making it mildly inconvenient. The material they are made with is great. Soft to the touch, hard to a tap, doesn't show fingerprints easily and my favorite aspect is the lids can be swapped to make multi-color boxes.

The satin cube was exactly the product I was looking for to protect my deck; a compact box with a rugged shell. Many colors to choose from. The cube as with the tower is still somewhat difficult to open. This can be a pro when transporting. Definitely secure. I am curious how the suede-like plastic finish will age over time and use.

Great, compact and affordable deck box. Personally, felt it is better than Satin Tower. A lil difficult to open at first but over time it loosen up and smooth.

This is an excellent deck box that I have been looking forward to for a long time. I have used Ultra Pro's Satin Towers for years and couldn't wait for a version that didn't include a dice tray. These deck boxes are sturdy, have plenty of space for my double sleeved 100 card MTG Commander Decks, and will not accidentally pop open. The only negative thing I can say about these boxes is that on initial use, the box is too difficult to open. However, after regular use, the locking mechanism loosens to the point that the deck box contents can be easily accessed.

Same excellent quality from a normal satin tower in a significantly more compact package. The dimensions are now similar to an UG boulder 100+, albeit a bit wider, so it better accommodates thicker sleeves/inners. Will be looking for these in fancy finishes whenever ultra pro makes them!

Very marginally larger than a Boulder, but fits a double sleeved deck far more comfortably. I think they look better too... highly recommend!
