This compact range has been especially developed to contain all the frequently used colors in fantasy figures, in a formula particularly designed for adherence on plastics and metals, using a new resin of unequalled durability and resistance to scrapes and abrasion. Colors brush on easily and smoothly, and dry to an opaque, matte finish. Their finely ground texture makes them perfect for the most miniature details as well as for large surfaces. They are highly pigmented, light fast and waterproof once dry. Errors can be corrected immediately with water or a small amount of alcohol.
The Washes and Inks, developed with a new resin, are used for shadows and for the application of colors in layers. When applied over a basecoat, they enter into the folds and grooves of the figure, and instantly bring forth the features. They can also be mixed with the regular colors, or with the Mediums.
Game Color are presented in a 17ml bottle with eyedropper. This packaging prevents the paint from evaporating and drying in the container.

The color was accurate and the paint consistency was good.

Awesome paint but still not a great flesh tone by itself
This is another one of the Vallejo Game Color paints that has a misleading name. When used as a skin tone, I find that Elf Skintone is a little too orange. Natural skin tones are difficult to achieve and often require more consideration that simply using a color straight out of the bottle. With that having been said, this is probably the best color in the Game Color line if you're a beginner and want to find a good base color for your caucasian skin tones. The Vallejo Game Color line is my paint of choice at the moment. I find that these pigments are more vibrant that the Model Color line and I like the way they feel on a brush better than the offerings from other manufacturers. Always be sure to shake these paints before use as the pigments can separate after the bottles have been sitting for a while.
