Good value if you know what to expect.
I think these are a good value if you know what to expect. I bought 2 bricks and my two rares where a Gold Dragon and a Beholder!!! I feel pretty lucky with those rares because of the 64 minis I actually only got 37 originals. That seems a bit low to me, considering there is 55 in the set total, but from my speaking to others and reading that's about spot on with these sets. Mostly I'm missing are the rares and the ultra rares, which again sounds about right and will buy them as singles rather than risk another booster pack.

Satisfied but not thrilled
First I live in Canada and apparently our dollar is only worth 4/5th of your American dollar so I was instantly paying more right of the bat. Next after the conversion to $165 Canadian I got hit with another import fee of $25 bucks... I paid just as much for the shipping, conversion and import fees as the brick was worth. Not gonna lie I wasn't too thrilled...
Anyways, after opening the brick people are totally right about the poor distribution. I got 5 doubles and only 3 rares, luckily for me one of them was the beholder I wanted. I would have been right pissed if I didn't pull that lol
Got double Nightmares which was a kick in the balls too.
All in all, if I was American and could actually have gotten this for the ACTUAL price it would be a killer deal. The quality is good and since I got the beholder in my last box I was happy.

XD
These come 8 boxes, which each include 4 pre-painted minis. In total, you get 32 minis. Some minis in this set could be a gold dragon, kou-toa, beholder, some draw, and even a legendary shadow beholder!

Best price you'll find
The minis are as advertised. They are all great and ready for use. Miniture market has the lowest prices on minitures that I could find anywhere. I was able to use the free shipping option and it did not take very long at all. Overall great experience.

Good set, good distribution of minis
The set itself is a good set, with some excellent minis. For a change, not all of the really interesting ones are rares - there are some really good uncommons and some decent commons in the mix.
The booster brick seems to have between three and five rares, and mine had more uncommons than commons. The only duplication I got was two of the commons. In addition, the rares were nice ones. Alas, I only got three in mine, but they were the beholder, the grell, and the gnoll champion.
Compared to other sources, the price here is excellent. If you're going to be getting any of this set, and don't want to shell out for the booster case, I definitely recommend getting a booster brick here, and then filling out what you get with singles as needed.
My only complaint is those accursed post bases. Many of the minis come with them, which makes for cool-looking minis, but many of them don't fit. I'm having to do a lot of trimming and gluing to not only get the pegs in to begin with, but keep them in. Is it really too much to ask for that the stands for the minis actually fit the minis?

Pretty cool minis in this set.
This set contains some of the best minis in the icons of the realms line. The gold dragon is better than the gold dragon from tyranny of the dragons. I pulled the gold dragon and the gold shadow dragon! Nalfeshnee, gnoll champion of Yeenoghu, beholder and a beholder kin all great for a mini collection or d and d game. A new goblin, hobgoblin, and kobold too, you can never have enough different goblins and kobolds.

The new run is champly
We just got our brick, and its epic. got 5 rares (great pull) sad I didn't get dat shadow beholder like the other guy but glad I got what I got. I feel the art work is great. I would rather have less detail then some totally crap detail like some sets that have been out in the past. The boxes are smaller, but the packaging is better, the stands are too tight now were they used to be too loose but its all about a dab of glue. Here again I would rather assemble them then get broken or shoddy ones like in the past. This set is GREAT for evil or demonic random encounters, OR for just going along with the ever continuing storyline. Quick Cheap, and Fast service like always :D

Pretty Good Third Season Minis
Got my brick in the mail yesterday and I'm pretty happy with it. The quality of these miniatures isn't as good as I would like. I feel like the paint jobs for the Icons of the Realms minis aren't as good as they could be. That being said, I did get a Shadow Beholder in my cube, and he's really cool!
