These guys are translucent!
I thought they'd be solid. So maybe they will be the ghosts of other dogs. I dunno.

Cool translucent minis
I didn't realize when I bought these minis that they are made with a translucent plastic. That meant I was able to paint them up using contrast paints or using acrylic paints, giving very different effects.

Great Hell Hound Mini
Nice miniature, you'll need to use the base for the one or it doesn't stand up well.

Good size, minimal mold lines. I love the two poses!

Don't appear primed, but that's ok
These say they are primed but they certainly didn't feel primed. That's perfectly fine since they are transparent which is great if you want to incorporate that into their potential invisibility. But if you are planning on painting them completely, I'd recommend a primer spray so that your paint sticks better.

Great design
Clear plastic allows some interesting painting effects for these minis.

Black specs inside my clear minis! Not happy
I love this mini. But both of my minis have black specs inside them randomly it really takes away from the quality of them they are clear and have weird black specs throughout the mold of the mini. They look like Dalmatians

How can you lose at this price?
If you needed translucent hell hounds to ink up, this is the miniatures for you. These were easy to paint and lacked the mold lines the non-clearly miniatures tend to have. Remember less is more on the washes, in areas you want to remain translucent. Personally i did three coats of my own mix of washes. Yellow, orange, red in that order. Then painted the dark portion just like the back of the box. Looks nice, and they would make fine pets for any devil miniatures you have handy.
