D&D Nolzur's Marvelous Unpainted Minis: W4 Adventurer's Campsite

It is practically a trope that an adventuring party will be ambushed at night. Game Masters should just lean into the idea. This has everything your players will need, to set camp in most fantasy settings.

It's quite a nice set. I just wish they had made it possible to a horse to the carriage. Both horses are set up for being ridden... so you probably need an ox or another horse if you want it to look like it was being pulled and stopped for a rest.

My Trial with this Product!!! 22-11-2019 1) Response to previous reviews; the WizKids website has been updated to reflect the proper content inventory of this product (what is listed on the WizKids' website is what is on the box, and what is on the box is in the box!). 2) When first ordered this campsite, the wagon came in several pieces like it was attacked by goblins. The replacement shipment ( looking at it still in the package) had the bottom wagon lamp broke off. This is a design flaw which can be fixed by super gluing the lamp post at the broken point and adding a bead of glue to the beam directly below it making it all one piece. I suggest doing the same thing for the other lamp pole for stability. paint over this, and nobody will know the difference but you. With that being said; everything else in Adventurer's Campsite was fine. The cook pot tripod and spears on the weapon racks may be bent out of shape, but that can be remedied by applying mild heat from a hairdryer or Bic lighter to put them back into shape. Also, the horse hoofs have pegs protruding from the bottom like they would insert into some kind of base, but the base they come with doesn't have any holes. I clipped the pegs off, and haven't decided if I want to glue the horses to the base, or leave them free standing.

You can fill out a form on the Wizkids website and they will send you the additional items advertised for free with proof that you purchased the set. The Set is very lovely. My daughter bought it for me for Christmas. The wagon is very nice but from other reviews it is fragile. I have handled mine gingerly and have not had any issues. I plan on using it quite a lot, and when they are available again (presumably when the box description is fixed) I want to get at least 2 more.
