D&D Nolzur's Marvelous Unpainted Minis: W5 Male Dragonborn Fighter with Spear

It's hard to find good-looking dragonborn. Great pose, intricate detail, quite sturdy, and you get two of them.

These were my favorite dragonborn miniatures here, and I actually purchased them a second time, just to make a simple conversion of the spear-wielder one. I use these miniatures to represent Dythan's Legion in Nentir Vale (D&D 4e), and among their ranks in Legion there is cavalry on liondrakes, and I wanted something to represent such a creature. So far, I decided to use one of these dragonborns and a silver dragon miniature, due to it's large size and suitable pose. In order to mount the dragonborn, I had to do a simple repose. I removed the base and back part of tabard, then cut the miniature at toes, wrist and elbow, to rotate them a bit and glue back in more suitable for mounted figure pose. I did not know what to expect, but it turned out it's really simple to do conversions with these miniatures. Here's the result:

Its great to see a diverse weapon selection for my favorite race. The store photos do not show the second models weapon correctly. The second miniature is carring an amazing dragon head maul! The price is fantastic for models of this quality. Highly recommend.
