solid figure but the tail came bent and didn't quite fit in the packaging.

Where else are you going to get a rust monster?

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

My players tamed a rust monster, which made for some very funny encounters!

Enjoyed getting the rust monster. Pretty detailed, easy to paint, and comes with a pile of scrap metal that you can do whatever you want with really. Would buy again.

Great price quality ratio, but the priming isn't the best.

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Rustmonsters are a classic beginner monsters for me, they make my players think of different ways to solve combat rather than just hitting things. The mini is amazing for the price, I love the details and the little pile of metal you get with them, I love me some decorations. The plastic is very soft, and known to deforming a lot, especially when warmed. I'm not a fan of the priming either, it's nice they ship pre primed so I can start painting right away, but the paints have a hard time sticking to the models, especially on pointy places like the tip of the tail or the leg joints

Good quality for Nolzur

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

This is one of my favorite nolzur’s, it was easy to paint and turned out great! Loved the scene setting pile of gear that came with too. I found this one in particular to be one step up in quality from other Nolzur minis.

Good but a bit tricky

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

Confession: rust monsters are one of favorite critters to throw at a party for problem solving situations...that said I had to have some. The good, they have great details, and are semi customizable (if you do them in boiling water, pose their antennae and tails then dip them in ice water to hold that shape). Overall a great figure. The bad: the clear post in the center of the mini is hard to keep clear. The base provided is actually smaller than the creature's sculpted base (but hey that meant that I could skip it and save the bases for other minis). Each one comes with a pile is weapons and gear...which means that if you need a bunch of monsters you're going to end up with a lot of something you don't really need (I would have rather just had two monsters per pack).
