D&D Nolzur's Marvelous Unpainted Minis: W12 Raging Troll

Going to be using this mini to terrorize some players via the bagman.

You can never have too many trolls, and this one was a joy to paint.

I'm old school with D&D, have the old RP metal miniatures, the scale of these new one doesn't match the old, but Miniature Market has great prices, so I guess I can update.

I meant to buy a cheaper, pre-painted troll, but they were out of stock and I was impatient. Foolish me, now I have to paint it, and I'm definitely going to butcher it, which is a pity, because the model is fantastic! I wish the seam lines were less obvious, but for a pose that balances dynamic power with solid grounding like this, I'll overlook it! Got the non-raging variant, too. Same plusses, same minuses.

Love this guy. What DM doesn't want to throw a troll or two against their party at some point.

I have been waiting for a good troll to roll around and man did Nolzurs not disappoint. This guy is FANTASTIC! Super simple to paint and just a lot of fun. The detail is just outstanding but the price is not so much. I definitely recommend this troll to anyone looking for one even if it is a bit high in price.
