Pathfinder Battles Deep Cuts Unpainted Minis: W14 Blue Dragon

young adult sized, but with full adult action. beautiful sweeping look will bring this Dragon to your table.

From the design and manufacture of the figure to the packaging and delivery, this is easily one of the best minis I have ever bought. The sculpt is beautiful with lots of fine detail that evokes majesty and lethality without leaning into the spiky dinosaur look most blue dragon models have. The primer coat was evenly distributed and only served to bring out the details, and is a joy to paint. The perfect model for a dragon that isn't a mad animal, but a devious and experienced opponent.

Not sure how to explain it, but this miniature looks different in person. It is sitting in a very awkward and nonthreatening pose as if it is delicately holding up a teacup or something. It also looks more aquiline and anthropomorphic than like a dragon. It's a nice sculpt, but looks more like a giant faerie dragon than a Pathfinder blue dragon.

Love the detail, and that it was pre-primed, I spent a total of 12 to 13 hours on it so far. The first miniature I have ever painted.

This one is a departure from the other dragons by pathfinder. The other gargantuan unpainted dragons each had a premium painted which shared a model. This blue dragon shares the shattered star gargantuan premium painted blue dragons model but is less than half the size and unpainted.

This dragon has a unique sculpt and is very well done. Not your typical dragon mini.

I love that they offer dragons in every stage of development. The quality of both design and builds has improved immensely.

Another great dragon miniature for the collection

Nice fig, good sculp. Had a fair amount of mold lines to remove, which is difficult with the detailed fig but do-able. The sculp takes to ink and dry brush well, as do most of the Deep Cuts figs. I painted mine as a green dragon.
