Polukranos (Mythic Odysseys of Theros)
The size of this mini occupies that sweet spot where it can serve as either a huge or gargantuan-sized creature in-game. The beaked heads of this hydra distinguish it from the traditional dragon-headed designs and its vibrant color scheme make it fitting for a Greek-inspired campaign setting. Admittedly, its listed price misled me into believing it would be an even larger miniature, but Miniature Market's price match tool left me satisfied with the price I ultimately paid for this high-quality miniature.

Smaller than you'd think
It's a decent sized monster but no where near as big as it should be. It comes off as too thin.

The best Hydra miniature
The detail and paint on this miniature is utterly amazing; each individual scale has been detailed in differing shades and the entire miniature just looks exceptional. Its the right size for a gargantuan beastie, and while he's based on a specific hydra, he will do magnificently for any hydra in any setting one might require. 10/10 would recommend.

Big Lizard
They only down side I see with the Polukranos is that when it comes to the Theros theme most of the monsters have a galaxy shadow design that looks really epic, just wish the Polukranos had that paint scheme too, but still it’s a good mini.
