Extra parts, yes please!
While not necessary, the extra beds and bottles come in handy in expanding the available options, or in my case, I 3d printed a 3rd floor and used it to furnish my inn to be more like the Yawning Portal maps in the books. These are not necessary, but they do look nice and even if they aren't used in this inn set up, they are designed well and can be easily used (repainted as necessary) for other setups. There is a slight variance in the paint jobs on the beds; you will notice that the sheet colors on the beds are more of a gray versus the white from the original set, but that isn't a deal breaker. Not a necessary purchase and some might find it pricey for not being needed.
