More extra parts, sure why not?
I found this set to be desirable, more for the extra tables and chairs to get that more authentic look for the inn like in the books versus needing the bar pieces. I did make one of my spare rooms upstairs a meeting room and added a long table and part of the bar there for a story, but these are not a necessary purchase and some might find them pricey.
