What was old is new again
I remember when cloud dragons were introduced back in 2E D&D. It's a nice figure that could double as a blue dragon if you lack any of those figs. Not a must but I'd recommend it due to it's cool factor.

Badly painted
The design and colors are great albeit the mini is small. The one I received was poorly painted.
