This Game Is Our Jam!
Talk about a fun game for the whole family! We played this game with friends, bought our own and introduced our daughter (14), and now it is a game night staple. Never the same game twice, very easy to learn, lots of fun, and a great all around game night addition! Love that it is expandable as well!

A staple to any game collection
This is a classic game that is great for seasoned gamers as well as a great gateway game. It helped my husband get into the hobby and still remains a go to if we want to play something light and fast but still with a lot if decisions. This edition includes the mini expansions (river and abbot) which adds some simple rules that are easy to inderstand.

Classic
I bought this game because a friend recommended it and I saw it was on a decent sale. I thought about getting the big box version of this but decided I should try the game first. I've played this many many times and think the strategy of the game is fun! I love it and am looking forward to getting more expansions of this game.

Classic at its best
A true modern classic. Easy to understand yet the more it is played the deeper strategy.

A fabulous beginner game
This is a great game for those that are not into heavier games. It’s easy to learn, quick to play, and strategic enough for heavier gamers.

A Thinking Man's Game That Doesn't Tax Your Brain
Clever! It's part chance, part strategy. You can plan ahead but you may or may not get the pieces you need to complete your plans. So far, we've played it with three and five players, and it was super fun.

Carcassonne - A Staple for the Game Collection
I had always heard about this game being a great one to add to the collection. I had never played it before and brought it out for the first time for a 2 player game and we played 4 games of it! Two nights later for game night with our group we played 3 more with a group of 5. Such a great game, strategic depth for experienced gamers but simple still for a great entry level game to turn any newbie into a boardgamegeek researcher overnight!

A great family game for all ages.
Wonderful for children and adults. My boys started playing the various Carcassonne games around four years old by just putting together a puzzle without keeping score. Carcassone is fun for kids while encouraging them to count, add and work out puzzles.
