Love Letter (2019 Edition)

We bought 5 copies for our wedding because it's a perfect light weight intro-style game for 6 people.

It's a fun party game, more my type of thing than Apples to Apples or something! It's much better with people that aren't trying to have conversations the whole game, and can actually focus on the game. That can be tricky with less experienced gamers.

I'm late to the game on Love Letter, but I wanted something that was easy to travel with and quick to play. This is another game that feels a little complicated when you first try to read the rules but it's utterly simple, you'll pick it up really quickly and it's easy to teach to new people. The rounds go fast, and it's adaptable for different sized groups which is always a big plus.

I love breaking out Love Letter because it takes minutes to learn but has so much depth. This little pouch will fit in your pocket and is perfect for taking to a pub or dinner party. The game is suspenseful but always ends with a lot of laughs once a round ends. It has quite a bit of luck, so don't play with those who can't handle being dealt a bad hand. Amazing little card game!

A great little game that you can hardly say noto for the price! A good one to add to any collection! Great for traveling!

This is a regular go-to in our house for a quick time-breaker, or even an appetizer for a larger board game. I appreciate the inclusion of a few new roles, but also enjoy having the ability to leave them out for a more streamlined experience.

Love letter is a great short game of deduction that always manages to produce laughs and gut-punches. Perfect play as a two-player game, but better with a few more. Very simple, but sometimes that's best.
