Expansion Pack 08 covers the Char's Counterattack matchup, adding the MSN-04 Sazabi and the RX-93 Nu Gundam to Gundam Assemble along with a third miniature. It supplies two unit cards, six tactics cards and game tokens.
Miniatures stand about 2 inches assembled and arrive unpainted on sprues using Gunpla-style snap construction. Pairing these two specific suits is the point of the pack: they are the machines Char Aznable and Amuro Ray fly in their final confrontation, and the game's appeal for long-time fans is staging that duel directly. This is an expansion rather than a standalone product, so the rules, maps and terrain needed to play come from a core or starter set.
