It's Paint
I bought this to paint some of my desert themed 3d prints. It applies well to my pla and I like the color.

Army painter is a solid choice
I really like Army Painter paints. They have good consistency and coverage, can be thinned down for use in airbrushes, and the colors I typically use are good matches for historically accurate models.

Finally worked this one into a few of my minis. A good skin tone to have, not a must have but if ya don’t feel like mixing up tones it’s a good purchase.
