Well written
Well written rules for Candela Obscura, with some starting scenarios. Haven’t played yet so no opinion on the rpg system itself. But ready to jump into a local game.

Interesting setting and narrative focused mechanics
Candela Obscura uses a variant of the Forged in the Dark system first seen in Blades in the Dark. I have not gotten the game to the table yet, but from reading, the system seems like it will be functional. I like the character archetypes, and emphasis on psychological elements of the character. The setting is an Edwardian (early electricity and automobiles) fantasy world just coming out of a major war and beset with occult and supernatural threats. The PCs are members of the eponymous Canbdela Obscrua organization, and this set up should make for a good campaign framework. Overall, a solid effort.
