Stirge Attack

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

The party felt the sting og a Stirgge attack thanks to the Miniature Market.

Well, it's a Stirge

Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars

Not the most exciting mini but there aren't many options I'm aware of for pre-painted Stirge minis.

Realistic size

Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars

These were great because the size it deffently accurate to the other miniture that I have. Cost was a little much for this size. I wish they would sell these in bundles after all one Stirge is not really a threat to a party you need a lot to make your adventures worry.

Decent paint job on a tiny minature

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

There aren't many stirge options for miniatures and this one is painted decently while being to scale.

Build Your Own Swarm of Death

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Quick Review: Great flying mosquito-bat monster. Best used in groups. Well sculpted for what it is. Delicate and easy to lose though, so make sure you have a secure place to keep them. Unlike the gazer in this set, I really don't mind getting many of these in my boxes as multiples of these make for a great swarm. This is not the only stirge figure out there and the other ones are a big bigger and have maybe a little more detail in the paint/sculpt of the actual creature, but this smaller one I feel is the best small flying stirge figure out there. The whipping of the wind column holding this up is much better than the solid stand you get with the Skull and Shackles "Bloodbug" in my opinion. It just gives a better sense of something flying and buzzing around. If you have both though, I would use them in tandem as the Skull and Shackles one is better used as a "latching-on" figure, while this one is more of an "in-flight" figure. I got mine out of a box, and, while I'm normally disappointed getting such tiny figures out of the boxes instead of the bigger, rarer, and more interesting figures, I'm actually pretty happy with this one and hope I can build up a good swarm of these guys. That said, buying these individually and creating a swarm that way does seem a bit expensive. Since these are common and you can easily end up getting quite a few of these, I'd just buy the boxes and try your luck at the rarer, pricier figures if you can. If you need stirges in a pinch, though, this is the one I'd get.
