Fresh Meat
Last Night on Earth is one of our favorite games in my household, and the miniatures expansions are great additional content for the game! The four survivors in the pack are varied and entertaining, filling in genre archetypes like the Cheerleader, the Biker, the Chemical Engineer, and the Bookworm. They fit in well with the other heroes and help expand the B-movie horror fun. The new Scenario is a classic horde situation, where the Heroes have to simply survive the night with an ever-replenishing horde of zombies charging in from all angles. I tense but simple-to-understand Scenario that I think serves as another great intro for new players, even if it is a little more intense than Kill 'em All or Escape in the Truck. Overall, a fun expansion. A slight ding for the quality of the miniatures. They look fine, but things have advanced in the years since this pack was made, so adjust your expectations accordingly.
