So far, so good.
I've only played Bruxelles 1897 once, but I had a ton of fun. All the different systems work in harmony, and there were a lot more points to be had than I thought. An auctioning, set collection, area control game? What's not to love? My only one critique would be that things feel a little solidified in the game, like there isn't too much that would go differently once you collect all of your buildings and your building materials and your patrons, except for how the board is set up from round to round. Nevertheless, I'm excited to play this game again soon!
