The Sanityexpansion introduces a new Focus Network, allowing players to earn bonuses and work toward ongoing benefits. Push your limits too far, however, and risk dying of Hypothermia.

Sanity works in all play modes (competitive, cooperative and solo) and can be played with the expansions (Yeti and/or Teams).
