A range of 218 acrylic colors, very highly pigmented, formulated for models and miniatures. Model Color is indicated for all surfaces, and especially formulated to adhere to plastics and polyesters.
The water based formula of Model Color has been specifically developed for adherence on difficult surfaces such as metal and plastic, but the product is not toxic, not flammable, and does not give off noxious fumes. Errors can be corrected immediately with water or alcohol Model Color dries quickly to a matte, even and waterproof finish. Exact drying time depends on the temperature and humidity of the environment, on the surface which has been painted, and on the thickness of the paint layer - although the colors are dry to the touch within minutes, the water content keeps on evaporating, and the paint does not acquire its true permanence until several weeks after application.
Model Color are presented in a 17ml bottle with eyedropper. This packaging prevents the paint from evaporating and drying in the container.

Base coat for DAK
If you happen to have that WWII obsession for the Desert campaigns (and fond memories of the old Avalon Hill game Tobruk) you might find the need to paint up German Desert forces. If so, try this color as a base and then work up with Russian Green for one type of look and that Yellow Green if the newer uniforms (not bleached by the sun). Really, really good paint and covers nicely. Highly Recommended.

Great shade for basing. used this with my secret weapon bases I got from mini markets 25% off sale. Sorta still wish they had SW resin bases left, but tangent aside, what could go wrong with Vallejo paint from minimarket at their price? Enough said.
