Following the events surrounding Shy Pluto, two new zones within known space have opened up. The Admiral has promoted two new Captains to the rank of Commodore to command these new Space Bases and work their sectors!
Command Station allows players to expand their games of Space Base to include two more players. Now six or seven Commodores can compete for the promotion to become the Admiral of the U.E.S. Fleet! Inside you will find two more player boards, two more sets of starting cubes, ship cards, and additional materials to help balance and streamline these bigger games.

It's good but could be better
All base game / expansion relationships should be like this: • the base game comes in the smallest box size possible • the expansion comes in a box that can contain the base game This way, those who don't purchase expansions, don't have an oversized box. Those who, always have the perfect-sized box. The expansion itself has some good additions, but I could have done with some more special cards. There are so~~~~~ many ways you can go with Space Base in terms of special powers, aggressive powers, defensive powers, staggered powers...why not always include /at least/ a stack of 24 new cards per level?

Nice addition to the game
We love Space Base, it's now one of our favorite games. I will get everything I can for this game. Command Station allows it all to be packed in one box, which I love. And the new dice are excellent. I'm not particularly wild about the sleeves. It would be nice if they were matte instead of glossy and that they were textured on one side. The piles tend to fall over and try to slide away from each other. But, the sleeves do work and they fit well and there are plenty to go around. We're playing through the first expansion now and can't wait for the second. Keep up the great work!

Nice expansion, but little change
Space Base is a great game, but this doesn't add a lot to the game for the price. It does add 2 additional players and includes sleeves for all the cards as well as different dice for each player. These are great upgrades, but if you are wanting more from a space base expansion than that, you might be disappointed with this one.

Adds 2 more players to the base game
I like that we can play Space Base with 7 people, but it's a bit pricey for only adding two more sets of beginning cards and player boards to the game. It does include card sleeves, which is nice. We haven't been able to get people together in 2020 to try to play with 6 or 7, but I look forward to when we can try.
