The days on Ryh are longer than those on Earth. Yet somehow it was still 33 rotations before we encountered the Oxataya, and another 12 before we met any Ahzuri. So far our negotiations have gone well.
Oxataya are an ancient water-dwelling clan, full of wisdom, knowledge and insight. Ahzuri are an ascetic mountain tribe of which we still know very little. We have learned a lot from Oxataya and their temples, but there is still much to discover. Our new research outposts and specialists have shown great promise so far. Still, only time will tell.

Miniature Market sends review request like 'the day' after a package gets delivered (and the package is NOT even opened yet). SO, my review is based on the outside of the package. YES, it was wrapped (and still wrapped). The box was NOT dinged or dented. Very colorfull. Come on MM, give me at least ONE WEEK? And based on 'online reviews' I'm sure this is a GREAT ADDITION to the base game. So I'm giving it 5-stars

Great expansion for people who enjoy the base game
Circadians: First Light is one of my favorite games, so I was excited to receive the Specialists expansion. This is exactly the kind of expansion I have come to expect from Garphill: wider decision space and greater variability without bloat. This expansion adds more of the same of the base game, such as contracts and player powers, but also a few new mechanics, namely the specialists and competitive goals. The specialists are very powerful dice that are much more flexible and have access to more efficient actions; however, you can only have 1 active at a time, so you still never feel like they're OP or that it's too easy to achieve your goals. This is another 10/10 expansion from Garphill, and while it likely won't change your mind if you didn't like the base game, those who enjoy the base game are almost certain to love this addition.

Good addition to the game. Not sure it's worth the MSRP as it doesn't add as much to the game as the price would make it seem but definitely worth it on a sale.
