Beyond the Portal is a character-focused expansion that reshapes the heroes of Mini Rogue by introducing alternative versions drawn from a mysterious outer world.
This expansion gathers all 16 characters from the Mini Rogue universe, including those from the base game and all the previous expansions, completely re-illustrated by artist Nicolas Roblin. Each character has been subtly reworked, featuring adjusted starting stats and at least one modified skill, offering familiar heroes with a fresh strategic identity.
Beyond the Portal also introduces two brand-new characters: the Occultist, able to manipulate souls through her unique syphon, and the Tinkerer, whose technical expertise allows him to disarm deadly traps. These additions further expand tactical options and replayability.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing system, Beyond the Portal requires the Mini Rogue base game and/or The Council, and adapts effortlessly to all supported player configurations without increasing player count. Like all Mini Rogue expansions, its content is fully compatible with the entire line, enriching every mode of play with new character possibilities and a striking new visual identity.
