Clank! Sunken Treasures Expansion

The extra map gives a new experience of the game you love. Always nice to have a new variant.

Clank is one of the games in my collection that the family continues to return to. The fun factor is high, the setup is not obnoxious and the rule load is light. Sunken Treasures adds a new double sided board a few new cards and very few new rules. This is exactly the kind of expansion I like; it adds fun and playability but doesn't break the original. If you are a Clank fan this is not a must have because the original game is not broken without it but...if you like the original, you can't go wrong adding this expansion.

I bought Clank! Sunken Treasures after only playing the base game 3-4 times. I know there is still much variety in the base Clank! so it does not need an expansion, but I appreciate how the added cards mix seamlessly into the main deck, and the underwater boards add just enough variation to keep each game a fresh challenge. I definitely recommend this as a first expansion because it's just a *bit* more and doesn't radically change the main game, which is just what I was looking for. I will probably get a few of the extra board expansions in the future, like Ape Lords or Gold & Silk.
