More variability to an excellent and portable game
Pixel Tactics is IMO an excellent strategic card game, with hand and tableau management. Once you overcome the initial challenge of understanding the cards (which all have basically 4 possible applications), the game flows in a fast pace and allows for deep strategic planning with a very low luck element. The portability is a very nice positive of the game, being the main downside in my opinion the paper board used in the game. I would highly suggest it for intermediate and experienced board gamers. Pixel Tactics: Legends adds new mechanics and variability to the game, which is something I love for this franchise.
