Manufacturer: Cool Mini or Not

High up on the top floors of the Baxter Building, Mister Fantastic is putting the final touches on this Dimensional Teleporter, a device that could mean a new beginning for the remaining Super Heroes. However, it could also open up an infinite supply of worlds for the Zombie Heroes to devour!

The siege of the Baxter Building has begun. Can the zombies, led by Doctor Doom, break through, or will the Fantastic 4 hold fast?

Fantastic 4: Under Siege is an expansion introducing the last stand of the Fantastic 4 against their zombie nemesis, which can be experienced in both Zombie Mode and Hero Mode. Featuring Super Heroes, Zombie Heroes, and Bystanders tied to Marvel's First Family, this expansion takes the action from the ground floor all the way to the roof of the Baxter Building in a unique, floor-by-floor board setup that allows players to run this deadly gauntlet in order to secure Reed Richard's fantastic technology!

More heroes and zombie heros

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

Expansions aren't the greatest value for what they provide. Fantastic 4 costs half the price of the core game for 1/9th the number of miniatures and fractions of all other game components. Unless somebody backed the Kickstarter campaign and got 87 additional heroes, zombie heroes, and bystanders KS Rewards, expansions are the only option for adding more variety to the game. Fantastic 4 doesn't provide much in the way of new mechanics other than multiple levels in the Baxter Building map tiles. The 4 double-sided map tiles are different levels in the Baxter Building. An elevator tile moves characters between levels. Since it takes three actions to enter/move/exit the elevator, heroes are at the mercy of the zombies when they reach the level they're moving to. That can wear thin. The main reason to get it is for the additional characters. The expansion provides the hero versions of the Fantastic 4; zombie versions of Dr. Doom, Namor, Black Bolt, and the Super Skrull; and Bystanders of Alicia Masters and Agatha Harkness. I'm surprised Miniature Market didn't back the Kickstarter so that they'd have the KS Rewards box for sale. More than any other Zombicide game, the Marvel rewards add much more additional gameplay value due to how the superhero powers alter gameplay; not to mention the interest level in simply having more Marvel miniatures.

Package arrived on time which is always nice plus it was well packed(zero damage). The game itself adds a tall building in the form of flat tiles. They also added an elevator mechanic to go up and down the floors. This Expansion is also where the story of Marvel Zombies all began if you have read the comics this expansion is a must buy.
