The Isle of Cats: Boat Pack Expansion

Isle of Cats is one of my top 5 favorite games. The new boat player boards are more challenging with new shapes and different patterns for the rooms themselves. If you are an Isle of Cats lover like me, you will love the new Boats. It gives the game a fresh perspective and more of a challenge to meet those Lessons! This has made my all-nighter gaming group's day and night!

Not a usual expansions fan but this adds a good variety if you play the game a lot. Very well done.

If you already love the isle of cats and want even more replay ability you’re going to want to get the boat pack! It has six different shaped boats which gives the game a bit of a different feel every time you play it! Totally worth it!

If you're a series base game fan then grab this. If you're not then you can skip this one. The extra boats are nice but not that big of a swing

Purchased as gift to expand upon a fun game. Exactly that… nice to have some new player boards to vary things up a bit.

This is pretty straight-forward; 6 unique boat boards to add variety. Some are much harder than others, with an hourglass shape or one with a water wheel in the middle that you can't put cats over. It comes with reference cards to see where the rooms are, which is nice, but the animals don't match what you can see of the boat boards when they're folded. If they did match, then shuffling the cards would make giving out random boats easier. No other cards or tokens come in the box; it's just boats and reference cards, but they're pretty cool.
