Plays great at 2 player. We have played this over and over again. Easy to learn and loads of fun to play.

This is such a cute game that can get quite thinky given the multiple ways you can score and all of the various color and pattern combinations of the pieces themselves. It's a simple game, but there are ways to mix up the game with various goals and kitties. I don't think I'll get bored of it anytime soon.

Fun tile placing game with a good pacing for a shorter game. Games are pretty close in terms of scoring which is always nail biting fun.

A very cute game that's deeper than it looks. There are several routes to scoring points through laying the tiles, and you may have to change your strategy depending on what tiles come up. There's a little bit of player interaction if you are competing for the same tile, but it has more of a solitaire feel to it. Due to the large number of tiles, it can feel a little luck-heavy toward the end. High-quality components (love the game boards), great artwork, and a well-written manual.

Calico is a really enjoyable game. It's a great puzzle of a game that is way harder score all the points than you think. So really thinky game but so much fun and really high quality.

I love Calico. It's an absolutely beautiful production and wonderful theme and pretty artwork that just wants to hug you and purr on your board game shelf. It also looks like a brainy and thinky strategy game, even as you are reading the rules. Highly recommend.

Really thinky game that is mostly multi player solitaire. I’ve enjoyed it more as I continue to play. Highly recommended.
